We’ve got 100 million reasons to tune in on December 5 to watch the angels strut their stuff at the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid getting their first wings, Bella Hadid and The Weekend reuniting, natural hair, Jasmine Tookes becoming the first black model in nine years to rock the Fantasy Bra are all major moments, but Lady Gaga’s performance has to top that extensive list.
But here’s one thing you won’t probably catch on CBS’ broadcast: Lady Gaga and the Victoria’s Secret models in an impromptu sing-a-long backstage. Vogue captured the heavenly moment on Instagram, as the girls gathered around the Grammy-winning singer to join in on “Million Reasons”—a single from Gaga’s latest album, Joanne.
And the moment wouldn’t be complete with a dramatic Gaga hair flip.

Gaga opened the show in Paris, with the same song, and later performed “John Wayne.” Bruno Mars and The Weeknd were also among the night’s musical acts. The singer was a natural fit right alongside the models—she even posed in their signature silver lingerie and pink robe, embraced Gigi and Bella Hadid, and earned a pair of “wings” on the runway during her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show performance.
On Instagram Gaga wrote that the VS group treated her like “family,” and she called the models “brave and fearless.”
