There Is A Perfect Number Of Sexual Partners To Have And Men And Women Agree.

How many sexual partners have you had? Now before you blurt out “one million and all of them are your mom” you should know that there is a right answer and more isn’t necessarily better. Also, my mom would never sleep with you.

Sorry.

Based on a new study by IllicitEncounters.com, men and women both agree that the ideal number of sexual partners for their significant other to have is twelve.

The reason that twelve is the perfect number of sexual partners according to the survey is that it shows that the person is  “sexually adventurous, liberal and transient.” Someone with less than ten sexual partners in their life was seen as being “sexually inexperienced” and “too conservative” according to the study.

If you have thirteen or more partners, you aren’t instantly a sexual pariah by any means, but at around nineteen, people start to get suspicious. The research labels anyone with that many partners or greater as being “difficult to please”, “too selfish”, or “too eager to jump from partner to partner.”

On the plus side, if you’ve slept around, only about half of all people care how many sexual partners their significant other had in the past. Forty-five percent of ladies are interested in their other’s magic sex number while a whopping fifty-three percent of dudes were interested in knowing just how many people their partner has slept with.

A spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com and also common sense says “Men are a little more self-conscious when it comes to competition.” They continued “They want to be seen as the biggest and best; whether that stems from genuinely wanting to satisfy their partner or to massage their own ego is another matter entirely.” “Women on the other hand, they’re just happy to enjoy the moment, past experiences aside.”

So the next time your significant other asks you how many sexual partners you’ve had, don’t say a million. Say twelve.
