  • Do get everyone in the house involved. It is way easier to follow a new eating plan if you have allies with you!
  • Don’t try and do it all by yourself. If you are the only one following the plan, you may fall foul to temptation if someone else at home is bringing in process foods and treats that are easily within your reach.

Why it matters?

To follow the plan successfully, you really need to get everyone in the family on board so that you all can feel the benefits and support each other if you feel you might bow to temptation. It can also be fun to cook together and discover new recipes and flavors.
